In case of any payment failure, the deducted amount (if any) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within the standard processing time of your bank.
We do not store your card or payment details on our servers. For added convenience, you may choose to save your preferred payment method securely through our payment partners.

Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. The applicable shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be borne by the customer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

At Mudi, we love rewarding our customers! Our cashback program lets you earn savings on your purchases and use them on future orders.
Cashback offers may be available on selected products, special promotions, or during limited-time campaigns. When eligible, the cashback amount will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
Once your order is successfully completed, the cashback will be credited to your Mudi wallet/account within a specified time period. You can use this balance on your next purchase, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Please note that cashback cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account. It is valid only for purchases on Mudi and may have an expiry date, which will be mentioned at the time of the offer.
In case of order cancellation or return, the cashback associated with that order may be reversed or adjusted accordingly.

At Mudi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a money back warranty to ensure a risk-free shopping experience.
Eligible products can be returned within the specified return period from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within the standard processing time. In some cases, you may also choose to receive the refund as store credit in your Mudi wallet for faster processing.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, customization, or clearance sale conditions. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
